Enter gene names using official symbols (e.g., CARD11, BRCA1) or Ensembl IDs (e.g. ENSG00000139618).
For mutations, you can specify:
Specific mutations, eg. "A12C", "G123D, E124A". Leave this field blank for no mutations.
Restriction enzymes must be specified using Biopython names, separated by spaces (e.g., KpnI BsaI BsmBI).
